Leave one of the vehicles in the car park located above the large Cernillet farm. Park the second vehicle at the Amont Woods car park (S).
Take the large forest trail which starts to the left of the car park and follow the yellow PR® waymarks (Yellow). The trail winds through to point (1) a small trail with Yellow Diamond waymarks. "This Diamond, with roughly 10 cm sides and the inscription "Sentier Pédestre" in the middle will be your marking throughout the hike. The yellow outlines and signs will guide you throughout the day."
Steer north-east and continue the relatively steep hike up to the end of the forest. Enter Loges Pasture (2). Next head south-west until you get to the forest. Heading south, you'll come across a sinkhole named Creux à la Neige (Snow Hollow) (3) (a well-marked passage but very dangerous in winter). Keep going along a large path which is pretty much flat reaching the Electricians’' Chalet after a right turn (4).
Keep heading towards Mount Sala (5) which is very close by, before heading back to point (4) and having a break in the chalet.
Next head west on a large path, carry on past Bourguignons Cemetery (6) before getting to the first crossing. Leave the paved road to the left taking the trail in front of the large Croue Farm. Start the hike down towards the second crossing (7). Make a quick roundtrip to see "le Creux du Croue" (Croue Hollow) mentioned on previous signs and go back to point (7).
Head south, slightly uphill on the vast Combe aux Tassons Valley's trail which leads to the pasture's large farms, Arxière (9) and Coppettes (10). Keep going, heading south-west reaching Noirmont crossing :11:: in the meadow.
Start the last short climb up the trail towards Verte du Noirmont ski track. Follow it to the forest trail and after the last left turn (12) you'll find the car park with your second car.
