Start point at the Pointe due Van car park.
(S/E) Leave in a westerly direction towards the Chapelle Saint-They(1) and then turn left and south on coastal trail number GR34 marked red and white.
The terrain rises and falls successively twice and then you arrive at the Pointe du Vorlen(2).
Shortly after, walk for about 250 metres on a small road that you turn off to the right to cross a cape, then walk back down to get to the Baie des Trépassés (3).
After the bay, go up to the right of the two blockhouses(4) to get to a slightly hilly heath. Follow the GR up to the Pointe du Raz(5).
Stay on the GR going southeast, descending to the Port of Bestrée(6).
Then take the small road for 200 meters before resuming the trail along the shore. Drop down into a small valley, across a bridge and then back up.
Shortly after you'll come across yellow markers that take you up to a small road. You'll arrive at the hamlet of Kerhuon(7), before you turn left, leaving aside the marked trail and continuing straight on the road. Further on you'll find the yellow markers and arrive at the D784 near Kerherneau(8).
You then take a left turn followed quickly by a right. After about 100 meters turn left on a bend to the right following the yellow markers. You then walk down a country lane. You'll pass by an old wash house (9) before rejoining the Baie des Trépassés.
Follow the road until the end of the beach and turn right(10) in the direction of Trouzent. Shortly after, walk around a pond before you get to the Chapelle de Saint-Tugdual(11).
Just before the chapel, take the small road to the left which rises up to the D7.
(12) Then turn right and immediately left on another small road.
There's a trail that takes you to the coastal path.
(13) Then turn left and follow the Red and White markers. Continue along this trail up to the Pointe du Van, before going south towards the Chapelle de Saint-They to get back to the car park(S/E).
